  7. DESCRIPTION

  9. Are you tired of not being able to find that buried window? Would you
  10. likely to instantly locate any window on your desktop? Would you like
  11. to be able to quickly make a window stay on top or move all the way to
  12. the back?  Need to hide that window before the boss sees it? Would you
  13. like to know what invisible windows are running on your desktop?  Are
  14. you tired of being nagged when you want to exit Windows?  Are you 
  15. bored with the same old menu names?

  17. WinChanger can help with all of these things. And it is directly
  18. accesible from almost all of the windows on your screen. Switching
  19. windows is a breeze even with all windows maximized.  Just click on
  20. the system-menu box in the upper-left corner of most windows.  
  21. WinChanger is unobtrusive uses very little memory and does not use any
  22. timers.

  24. WinChanger comes with the Program Initiator.  This is a utility which
  25. allows you to run programs by directory/filename, by Program Manager
  26. group/item, by history of programs recently run, or by maintaining a
  27. list of favorite programs.  Favorite programs may be configured to be
  28. located at specific screen coordinates or in various modes.

  30. WinChanger is an add-on Windows utility that operates by adding items
  31. to the system-menu.  The system-menu is available from almost every
  32. window on the desktop by left-clicking on the system-menu-box in the
  33. upper-left corner of most windows.  WinChanger is for Windows 3.1 or
  34. higher.

  38. INSTALLATION

  40. Installation may be performed automatically by running WCSETUP.EXE.
  41. If the automatic installation fails or you prefer to do a manual
  42. installation, please refer to the INSTALLATION section of the
  43. WinChanger help file (WCHANGER.HLP).

  45. WinChanger may be started by clicking the WinChanger 2.1 icon, running
  46. WCHANGER.EXE or by choosing WCHANGER.EXE from the File Manager.

  48. Once WinChanger is running, its menu may be accessed at any time by
  49. bringing up the system-menu of most windows.  This is the menu that
  50. contains things like "Restore", "Minimize" and "Close" and is usually
  51. available by left-clicking on the small box in the upper-left corner
  52. of the window.

  58. This program is shareware.  You may use the program and evaluate it
  59. for no more than 30 days.  After this time, you must either register
  60. WinChanger or remove it from your system.  By using WinChanger, you
  61. agree to these terms.  Failure to comply with this condition is a
  62. violation of U.S. and international copyright law.

  66. REGISTRATION

  68. WinChanger may be registered by mail. WinChanger may also be registered
  69. online by Compuserve users by GOing SWREG (Registration ID 4900).
  70. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be supplied with a
  71. "Validation Code".  This code is entered into the program along
  72. with the "Registration Name" of your choice.  The "Registration Name"
  73. and "Validation Code" are entered by selecting "Register" from the
  74. configuration-panel's main menu.

  76. Benefits of registering WinChanger:
  77. 1) No more nagging.
  78. 2) Your "Registration Name" will appear in place of <Unregistered copy>
  79.    on the configuration-panel.
  80. 3) Updates will ALWAYS be free to registered users.  Future versions
  81.    will be made readily available for download.  You should be able to
  82.    find them the same place you found your current copy of WinChanger.
  83. 4) Suggestions by registered users will be incorporated into future
  84.    versions of WinChanger.
  85. 5) Registering supports the try-before-you buy shareware system.

  89. 2) Printing file ORDER.TXT
  90. If you do not have a printer, be sure to include all of the
